Mouse Lung Stem Cells; Frozen Vial and Plated cells are available.
HighQC™ Mouse Lung Stem Cells are a highly purified population of lung epithelial stem cells isolated from the distal airways of healthy adult mouse, specifically enriched from the bronchioalveolar duct junction (BADJ). These murine pulmonary stem cells display a cuboidal to columnar epithelial morphology in adherent culture and co-express club cell marker SCGB1A1 and alveolar type II marker SFTPC. They also display characteristic surface markers including Sca-1 and integrin α6. Each lot undergoes rigorous screening and isolation procedures, and is rigorously tested to ensure it is free of contamination from mycoplasma, fungi, yeast, and bacteria.

HighQC™ Mouse Lung Stem Cells serve as a robust in vitro model for studying lung epithelial regeneration, disease mechanisms, and drug screening. Their capacity to differentiate into both airway club cells and alveolar epithelial cells in 3D organoid and conventional culture systems makes them relevant for research into lung repair after injury, pulmonary fibrosis, and COPD. These cells are ideal for evaluating pro-regenerative factors, respiratory toxicology endpoints, and epithelial lineage transitions under controlled conditions.
