Mouse Nasal Epithelial Stem Cells; Frozen Vial and Plated cells are available.
HighQC™ Mouse Nasal Epithelial Stem Cells are basal-like stem cells isolated from the respiratory epithelium of adult mouse nasal mucosa. These cuboidal to polygonal cells grow as adherent monolayers and retain long-term self-renewal and clonogenic capacity under standard culture conditions. They express well-characterized basal cell markers such as p63 and Krt5, consistent with basal epithelial identity. Their behavior reflects the endogenous repair capability of mouse respiratory epithelium after injury, making them a reliable tool for studying mucociliary differentiation and epithelial maintenance. Each lot undergoes rigorous screening and isolation procedures, and is rigorously tested to ensure it is free of contamination from mycoplasma, fungi, yeast, and bacteria.

HighQC™ Mouse Nasal Epithelial Stem Cells are ideal for in vitro studies of airway epithelial repair, regeneration, and disease modeling. Researchers use them to study allergic rhinitis, chronic rhinosinusitis, viral infection, and effects of environmental toxins. They support drug screening for mucociliary differentiation modulators and evaluation of epithelial barrier integrity. Their capacity to recapitulate basal-to-luminal cell transitions makes them particularly well suited for studies of epithelial plasticity and cell lineage decisions in mouse models.
