Rat Endothelial (Trans-Diff.) Stem Cells; Frozen Vial and Plated cells are available.
HighQC™ Rat Endothelial (Trans-Differentiated) Stem Cells are derived from rat vascular endothelial cells that have undergone lineage reprogramming into multipotent stem-like cells without genetic modification. These cells retain partial endothelial features while acquiring stem cell properties, including adherent growth properties, fibroblast-like morphology, and expression of stemness markers. Under defined differentiation conditions, they can give rise to mesenchymal lineages including osteogenic, adipogenic, and chondrogenic cells, as well as partial endothelial redifferentiation. These cells serve as a novel model for studying vascular plasticity, cell fate reprogramming, and cross-lineage regeneration. Each lot undergoes rigorous screening and isolation procedures, and is rigorously tested to ensure it is free of contamination from mycoplasma, fungi, yeast, and bacteria.

HighQC™ Rat Endothelial (Trans-Differentiated) Stem Cells are ideal for modeling endothelial-to-mesenchymal transition (EndMT), vascular regeneration, and reprogramming mechanisms. They support research into cardiovascular repair, fibrosis, and lineage plasticity. Their dual identity enables use in angiogenesis assays, vascularized tissue engineering, and high-throughput screening for modulators of endothelial fate. They also offer a dynamic in vitro system to explore epigenetic reprogramming events and signaling pathway crosstalk during vascular cell trans-differentiation.
