Rat Bone Marrow Mesenchymal Stem Cells; Frozen Vial and Plated cells are available.
HighQC™ Rat Bone Marrow Mesenchymal Stem Cells (rBM-MSCs) are isolated from the bone marrow of healthy postnatal rats and represent a well-characterized population of multipotent stromal cells with self-renewal capacity. These adherent cells exhibit spindle-shaped morphology and express mesenchymal markers such as CD29, CD44, and CD90. Under appropriate inductive conditions, rBM-MSCs are capable of differentiating into osteoblasts, adipocytes, and chondrocytes. They have been extensively used as a model for skeletal tissue regeneration, immunomodulation, and cellular therapy research due to their regenerative and anti-inflammatory properties. Each lot undergoes rigorous screening and isolation procedures, and is rigorously tested to ensure it is free of contamination from mycoplasma, fungi, yeast, and bacteria.

HighQC™ Rat Bone Marrow Mesenchymal Stem Cells provide a robust platform for studying mesenchymal lineage commitment, immune regulation, and bone metabolism. They support applications in orthopedic tissue engineering, inflammatory disease modeling, and preclinical evaluation of MSC-based therapies. They additionally facilitate investigation of MSC-mediated paracrine signaling in bone marrow niche maintenance and hematopoietic support. These cells are also valuable in assays for osteogenic and adipogenic differentiation and cytokine-mediated immune suppression studies.
