Hamster Bone Marrow Mesenchymal Stem Cells are derived from the tibias of Syrian hamster.
HighQC™ Hamster Bone Marrow Mesenchymal Stem Cells are isolated from Syrian hamster tibias and femurs. These cells exhibit a characteristic spindle-shaped morphology and adherent growth pattern in culture. They maintain active proliferation for a limited number of passages, making them ideal for short- to medium-term studies. These cells express CD44, CD90, and CD29. As multipotent adult stem cells, they demonstrate differentiation capacity toward chondrogenic, osteogenic, and adipogenic lineages under specific induction protocols. Their species specificity and differentiation versatility make them a powerful tool for mesenchymal biology and comparative stem cell research. The cells undergo rigorous screening and isolation procedures, and are rigorously tested to ensure they are free of contamination from mycoplasma, fungi, yeast, and bacteria.

HighQC™ Hamster Bone Marrow Mesenchymal Stem Cells are applied in tissue engineering investigations for bone and cartilage repair, and in drug efficacy testing where species-specific pharmacodynamics are critical. Furthermore, their use in disease modeling, such as evaluating mechanisms of hematopoietic support or response to inflammatory and fibrotic stimuli, provides physiologically relevant data for translational research prior to in vivo transplantation studies.
