Mouse Fetal Mesenchymal Stem Cells; Frozen Vial and Plated cells are available.
HighQC™ Mouse Fetal Mesenchymal Stem Cells (fMSCs) are isolated from fetal mouse bone marrow. These plastic-adherent cells exhibit typical spindle-shaped morphology and grow as a monolayer under standard culture conditions. They express canonical mesenchymal markers such as Sca-1, CD29, CD44, CD105. Murine fetal mesenchymal stem cells are able to differentiate into osteoblasts, adipocytes and chondrocytes under lineage-specific conditions. Their origin from mid-gestation tissue supports strong developmental plasticity and immunomodulatory functionality, making them suitable for developmental and regenerative studies. Each lot undergoes rigorous screening and isolation procedures, and is rigorously tested to ensure it is free of contamination from mycoplasma, fungi, yeast, and bacteria.

HighQC™ Mouse fMSCs provide a robust in vitro platform for modeling skeletal development, tissue engineering, and regenerative biology. Their consistent trilineage differentiation ability enables exploration of osteogenic, adipogenic and chondrogenic pathways, as well as probing molecular mechanisms underlying embryonic bone and cartilage formation. They are well suited for biomaterial evaluation, scaffold-based regeneration, and MSC mediated immunomodulation assays, especially in early developmental and musculoskeletal research contexts.
