UMB6JD7 Embryonic Stem Cells were derived from C57BL/6J mice inner cell mass of blastocyst.
HighQC™ UMB6JD7 Embryonic Stem Cells (ESCs) are embryonic stem cells derived from the inner cell mass of blastocysts obtained from C57BL/6J mice. In vitro, these cells exhibit the characteristic morphology of mouse embryonic stem cells, forming compact, tightly packed colonies with well-defined borders, large nuclei, minimal cytoplasm, and a high nuclear-to-cytoplasmic ratio. UMB6JD7 ESCs express embryonic stem cell–associated markers, with SSEA-1 commonly used for positive identification. They demonstrate the capacity to differentiate into derivatives of all three germ layers—ectoderm, mesoderm, and endoderm—under appropriate differentiation conditions. The cells undergo rigorous screening and isolation procedures, and are rigorously tested to ensure they are free of contamination from Mycoplasma, Fungi, Yeast, and Bacteria.

HighQC™ UMB6JD7 Embryonic Stem Cells provide an in vitro platform for studying early mouse embryogenesis, stem cell self-renewal, and the regulation of pluripotency. These cells are widely used for precise genetic manipulation, including gene editing, targeted knockout or knock-in experiments, and reporter line generation, enabling functional genomics research in the C57BL/6J background. UMB6JD7 ESCs also support studies on lineage commitment and differentiation into derivatives of all three germ layers under defined experimental conditions.
