Human Acute Lymphoid Leukemia Bone Marrow CD19+ B Cells (Relapsed/Refractory) enable immune profiling, relapse modeling, and targeted leukemia studies.
Human Acute Lymphoid Leukemia Bone-Marrow CD19+ B Cells are primary B cells collected from adult patients with relapsed or refractory B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (B-ALL). The cells are suspension-grown lymphoblasts that exhibit multidrug resistance and survival signaling via NT5C2 gain-of-function and PI3K-AKT pathways. They express CD19 with variable CD22 and show HLA-DR down-modulation. Molecular profiling frequently detects ABL1 kinase-domain, TP53, IKZF1, or NT5C2 mutations, as well as complex karyotypes such as t(9;22), +8, or i(17q). To ensure the quality of these primary cells, repeated freeze-thaw cycles are not recommended due to the fragile nature of these cells. The cells undergo rigorous screening and isolation procedures, and are rigorously tested to ensure they are free of contamination from HIV-1, HBV, HCV, Syphilis, Mycoplasma, Fungi, Yeast, and Bacteria.

These primary blasts support studies of chemoresistance mechanisms, B-cell receptor signaling, and immune evasion in refractory ALL (acute lymphoblastic leukemia). They are used for evaluating second-/third-generation TKIs, dual-target CAR-T constructs, bispecific antibodies, and high-throughput drug or CRISPR screens. They are also applicable in various in vitro experimental systems and frequently used in translational research focused on therapeutic optimization, resistance profiling, and preclinical validation across multiple platforms.
