Human AKT1 (D323H_C310A) BAF3 Cell Line is a genetically engineered model derived from selected murine pro-B Ba/F3 parental cell line based on customers’ requirement. AKT1 (D323H_C310A) BAF3 overexpression cell line is generated by stable integration of exogenous human AKT1 gene carrying D323H and C310A mutations into BAF3 host cells using our optimized transduction of lentiviral vectors. Overexpression clone is validated at gene level by qRT-PCR.
Target
AKT1 is a serine/threonine kinase that regulates cell survival, proliferation, and metabolism. Mutations D323H and C310A alter its catalytic or regulatory domains, modulating downstream PI3K/AKT pathway activation.
