Human Bone Marrow Plasma ,Human bone marrow plasma; source of proteins, hormones and metabolites, used for hematology and molecular research.
Human Bone Marrow Plasma is derived from human bone marrow tissue. This acellular biological matrix constitutes approximately 55% of the whole bone marrow suspension and contains a complex mixture of proteins, glucose, clotting agents, minerals, hormones, and metabolic factors essential for hematopoietic regulation and immune function. Functionally, the plasma contains proteins, cytokines, and growth factors crucial for hematopoiesis and immune regulation. It maintains a physiological balance of components including albumin, fibrinogen, immunoglobulins, and hematopoietic growth factors (IL-3, GM-CSF, SCF). The plasma also demonstrates bone marrow plasma abnormalities and disease-relevant alterations in pathological conditions such as multiple myeloma. Due to its acellular nature, traditional karyotyping is not applicable. Repeated freezing and thawing should be avoided during culture. This biological matrix undergoes rigorous screening and isolation procedures and is rigorously tested to ensure they are free of contamination from HIV-1, HBV, HCV, Syphilis, Mycoplasma, Fungi, Yeast, and Bacteria.

Human Bone Marrow Plasma can be used as a valuable biological sample to study the pathogenesis of various hematological and immune-related disorders, such as leukemia and immunodeficiency diseases. Researchers can utilize the plasma to analyze the levels and functions of cytokines, growth factors, and antibodies present in the plasma, which provides a better understanding of the normal physiological regulation of hematopoiesis and immune responses. Additionally, researchers can study how these components are altered in disease states, such as the abnormal cytokine profiles observed in leukemia.
