Human Chronic Kidney Disease Peripheral Blood Mononuclear Cells (PBMCs) are a type of mononuclear cell population derived from the peripheral blood of patients with chronic kidney disease (CKD), mainly including lymphocytes (T cells, B cells, NK cells) and monocytes. CKD-PBMCs play a central role in immune regulation and inflammatory response. PBMCs in patients with chronic kidney disease usually show an abnormal activation state, manifested by increased secretion of proinflammatory cytokines (such as TNF-α, IL-6, IL-1β), as well as oxidative stress and mitochondrial dysfunction.

Human Chronic Kidney Disease Peripheral Blood Mononuclear Cells can be used for investigating the pathogenesis, disease progression and potential treatment strategies of chronic kidney disease (CKD). These cells can also be used to analyze the secretion characteristics of pro-inflammatory cytokines (such as TNF-α, IL-6), changes in immune cell subsets (such as regulatory T cells, monocyte subtypes), and the regulatory effects of epigenetic modifications on immune function.
