Human Chronic Lymphoid Leukemia Bone Marrow Plasma supports biomarker discovery, immune profiling, and disease monitoring in relapsed or refractory.
Human Chronic Lymphoid Leukemia Bone Marrow Plasma (Relapsed/Refractory) is isolated from the bone marrow of patients diagnosed with relapsed or refractory chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL). These samples represent the tumor microenvironment in advanced stages of disease and include plasma components and circulating tumor-derived factors. CLL is a malignancy of mature B lymphocytes and often exhibits heterogeneity in treatment response and disease progression. The collected bone marrow plasma is cryopreserved immediately post-processing to preserve cytokines, exosomes, and soluble immune mediators. Relapsed/refractory CLL plasma frequently contains elevated levels of sCD23, CCL3, and soluble PD-L1, which can be quantified via ELISA or multiplex assays. They provide valuable insight into immune evasion, resistance mechanisms, and stromal interactions in the CLL bone marrow niche. Repeated freeze-thaw cycles are discouraged to prevent degradation of labile biomolecules and vesicle rupture. Each lot undergoes rigorous screening and isolation procedures, and is rigorously tested to ensure it is free of contamination from HIV-1, HBV, HCV, Syphilis, Mycoplasma, Fungi, Yeast, and Bacteria.

This primary bone marrow plasma serves as an ex vivo model to investigate the signaling pathways involved in CLL relapse and treatment resistance, providing a valuable system for refractory CLL plasma investigations. It can be used to explore cytokine profiling, extracellular vesicle-mediated communication, and interactions between leukemic cells and bone marrow stromal components. Researchers may also use these samples for biomarker discovery, drug response assays, or analysis of immune suppression in advanced CLL microenvironments, enhancing the translational relevance of preclinical studies. It also supports ex vivo studies of T cell exhaustion and immune checkpoint dysregulation in advanced-stage CLL.
