Human Chronic Myeloid Leukemia (CML) Peripheral Blood (Newly Diagnosed) is collected from human donors who have recently been diagnosed with CML and have not yet received treatment. The sample consists of peripheral blood, containing a mixture of hematopoietic cells including myeloid progenitors, mature leukocytes, and circulating leukemic cells. This cellular population reflects early-stage myeloproliferative disease driven by the BCR-ABL fusion oncogene. The sample may exhibit increased white blood cell count, with immature granulocytes, and elevated levels of BCR-ABL transcripts. Morphologically, these cells are non-adherent and heterogeneous in suspension culture.Each lot undergoes rigorous screening and isolation procedures and is tested to ensure it is free from contamination by HIV-1, HBV, HCV, Syphilis, Mycoplasma, Fungi, Yeast, and Bacteria.
