The CLIP1 LTK (D597N) BAF3 Cell Line is engineered by expressing the CLIP1-LTK fusion with a D597N kinase domain mutation in BAF3 cells. Lentiviral transduction enables stable expression, confirmed by molecular assays.
Target
CLIP1-LTK fusions are reported in pediatric and adult lung cancers. The D597N mutation enhances LTK kinase activation, contributing to oncogenic signaling.
