Description

Human Cord Blood Pan T Cells are isolated from the cord blood of healthy human full-term donors. The source material is cord blood, and the isolated cell type is T lymphocytes (Pan T cells), which includes both CD4+ helper T cells and CD8+ cytotoxic T cells. These cells are obtained through immunomagnetic positive selection or negative selection strategies, depending on preservation of native activation states. Pan T cells play essential roles in adaptive immunity, including antigen recognition, cytokine secretion, and cytotoxic activity. Morphologically, these cells are small, round, and non-adherent, growing in suspension culture conditions. They are cryopreserved immediately after isolation to maintain viability and function. Flow cytometry confirms high expression of pan-T-cell markers such as CD3, with low or absent expression of non-T-cell markers. Each lot undergoes rigorous screening and isolation procedures and is tested to ensure it is free from contamination by HIV-1, HBV, HCV, Syphilis, Mycoplasma, Fungi, Yeast, and Bacteria.

Application

  • Human Cord blood Pan T Cells can be used for studies in immunology, T cell development, neonatal immunity, T cell receptor (TCR) signaling, and immune modulation. They can also be used for the adoptive cell therapy research, T cell expansion experiments, vaccine development, and in vitro T cell model construction.
