Description

Human Dental Pulp Processed Tissue from Adult Third Molar is obtained from human donors aged 18 years or older, through extraction of non-diseased, fully developed third molars (wisdom teeth). The source tissue is dental pulp—a soft connective tissue found in the center of the tooth, rich in blood vessels, nerves, and mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs). The isolated material is processed under sterile conditions to remove hard dental structures and retain viable pulp tissue suitable for downstream applications. This tissue contains a heterogeneous mix of cell types, including fibroblasts, dental pulp stem cells (DPSCs), and progenitor cells capable of multilineage differentiation. The processed tissue exhibits soft, fibrous morphology and is not passaged or expanded in vitro. Each lot undergoes rigorous screening and isolation procedures and is tested to ensure it is free from contamination by HIV-1, HBV, HCV, Syphilis, Mycoplasma, Fungi, Yeast, and Bacteria.
