Human Diffuse Large B-Cell Lymphoma Bone Marrow Plasma (Newly Diagnosed/Untreated) is a cell-free biological fluid isolated from bone marrow aspirates of individuals with diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) prior to exposure to systemic agents. The plasma contains a complex mixture of soluble components, including proteins, cytokines, chemokines, metabolites, circulating nucleic acids, and extracellular vesicles, reflecting the molecular composition of the bone marrow milieu under disease-associated conditions. As a non-cellular fraction, this plasma contains no intact cells and represents soluble molecular constituents present at the time of collection. The material is collected before external modulation, preserving the native molecular profile of the bone marrow plasma. This material is valuable for investigating the plasma in lymphoma studies and understanding the DLBCL bone marrow microenvironment.
