Description

Human EGFR (C595S) BAF3 Overexpression Cell Line is generated by lentiviral transduction of Ba/F3 cells with a construct encoding human EGFR harboring the C595S mutation. Clones are maintained at <P20 and validated at the transcriptional level by qRT-PCR. Target EGFR is a receptor tyrosine kinase whose mutations drive tumorigenesis in non-small cell lung cancer and glioblastoma. The C595S variant affects the extracellular domain and may influence ligand binding or dimerization properties.
