Human EGFR (R108K) BAF3 Cell Line is a genetically engineered model derived from selected murine Ba/F3 parental cell line based on customers’ requirement. EGFR (R108K) BAF3 mutant cell line is generated by stable integration of exogenous human EGFR gene harboring the R108K mutation into Ba/F3 host cells using our optimized lentiviral transduction system.
Target
EGFR is a transmembrane tyrosine kinase receptor regulating cell growth, survival, and differentiation through PI3K/AKT and MAPK signaling pathways. The R108K mutation, located in the extracellular domain, has been implicated in ligand-independent receptor dimerization and activation, contributing to oncogenesis. AcceGen provides customized EGFR-mutant models to support research into drug resistance, structure-function studies, and targeted therapy development. Polyclonal or monoclonal is optional based on customers’ research needs.
