Human ERBB2 (T798I_Q799E) BAF3 Cell Line is a genetically engineered model derived from selected murine Ba/F3 parental cell line based on customers’ requirement. ERBB2 (T798I_Q799E) BAF3 mutant cell line is generated by stable integration of exogenous human ERBB2 gene containing dual mutations (T798I and Q799E) into Ba/F3 host cells using our optimized lentiviral transduction system.
Target
ERBB2 (HER2) is a transmembrane receptor tyrosine kinase driving oncogenic signaling through PI3K/AKT and MAPK pathways. The T798I mutation is a known gatekeeper alteration associated with resistance to tyrosine kinase inhibitors, while Q799E further enhances constitutive kinase activity. The combination of these mutations allows in-depth analysis of drug resistance mechanisms in HER2-positive cancers. AcceGen offers stable models for functional and pharmacological studies of complex mutations. Polyclonal or monoclonal is optional based on customers’ research needs.
