Description

Human ETV6_cKIT BAF3 Cell Line is a genetically engineered model derived from selected murine pro-B Ba/F3 parental cell line based on customers’ requirement. ETV6_cKIT BAF3 overexpression cell line is generated by stable integration of an exogenous human ETV6-cKIT fusion gene into BAF3 host cells using our optimized transduction of lentiviral vectors. Overexpression clone is validated at gene level by qRT-PCR.
Target
The ETV6-cKIT fusion arises from oncogenic rearrangement involving the transcriptional repressor ETV6 and receptor tyrosine kinase c-KIT. This fusion results in ligand-independent activation of downstream signaling, driving leukemogenesis. AcceGen offers generation of stable overexpression cell lines targeting any gene of your interest. Polyclonal or monoclonal is optional based on customers’ research needs.
