Description

Human ETV6_CRAF (Y360H) BAF3 Overexpression Cell Line is a genetically modified Ba/F3 model stably expressing the human ETV6_CRAF fusion gene with a Y360H point mutation. Lentiviral vectors are used for integration, and clonal lines are maintained at low passage numbers (<P20) and validated via qRT-PCR. Target The ETV6_CRAF fusion results in constitutive activation of the MAPK signaling pathway, with the Y360H mutation further enhancing kinase activity. This oncogenic alteration has been implicated in hematologic malignancies such as leukemia. AcceGen offers generation of stable overexpression cell lines targeting any gene of your interest.
