Human FGFR2_BICC1 (K714R) NIH/3T3 Cell Line, FGFR2, BICC1, Overexpression Stable Cell Lines, Transfected Stable Cell Lines
Human FGFR2_BICC1 (K714R) NIH/3T3 Cell Line is a genetically engineered model derived from selected murine embryonic fibroblast NIH/3T3 parental cell line based on customers’ requirement. FGFR2_BICC1 (K714R) NIH/3T3 overexpression cell line is generated by stable integration of exogenous human FGFR2-BICC1 fusion gene with the K714R point mutation into NIH/3T3 host cells using our optimized transduction of lentiviral vectors. Overexpression clone is validated at gene level by qRT-PCR.
Target
FGFR2-BICC1 is an oncogenic gene fusion frequently observed in intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma. The K714R mutation enhances FGFR kinase activity and oncogenicity. AcceGen offers generation of stable overexpression cell lines targeting any gene of your interest. Polyclonal or monoclonal is optional based on customers’ research needs.
