Human Hepatitis C Leukopak provides patient-derived immune cells to support studies of antiviral immunity, chronic inflammation, hepatitis C pathogenesis.
Human Hepatitis C Leukopak consists of concentrated leukocytes obtained via leukapheresis from donors diagnosed with chronic hepatitis C virus (HCV) infection. After isolation, the cells are cryopreserved. These leukopaks are rich in peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs), including T cells, B cells, NK cells, and monocytes that are central to immune-mediated liver pathology. This product is widely used to explore the immunopathogenesis of HCV, host immune evasion mechanisms, and development of antiviral and immunotherapeutic strategies. Repeated freezing and thawing should be avoided. Each lot undergoes rigorous screening and isolation procedures, and is rigorously tested to ensure it is free of contamination from HIV-1, HBV, HCV, Syphilis, Mycoplasma, Fungi, Yeast, and Bacteria.

Human Hepatitis C Leukopak can be used as an in vitro immune cell source to study host-virus interactions, immune exhaustion, and chronic inflammation associated with hepatitis C virus (HCV) infection. These samples enable the investigation of T cell responses, cytokine profiling, and evaluation of antiviral drug efficacy. The leukopak format ensures sufficient immune cell yield for cell-based assays, functional studies, and single-cell transcriptomics.
