This model expresses IL7Ra-CRLF2 fusion protein, offering a platform for studying lymphoid malignancies and testing JAK/STAT pathway inhibitors.
The IL7Ra CRLF2 BAF3 Cell Line is generated through stable lentiviral expression of the human IL7Rα-CRLF2 heterodimeric receptor fusion in BAF3 cells. This artificial pairing activates JAK-STAT signaling independent of cytokine stimulation. Clones are verified by qRT-PCR and maintained under selection.
Target
IL7Rα-CRLF2 overexpression is implicated in high-risk B-ALL and activates JAK2-dependent proliferative pathways. This receptor fusion serves as a model for studying cytokine receptor dysregulation in leukemia. AcceGen offers generation of stable overexpression cell lines targeting any gene of your interest. Polyclonal or monoclonal is optional based on customers’ research needs.
