Human KIF5B_RET (G810D_E901K) BAF3 Cell Line is a genetically engineered model derived from selected murine pro-B Ba/F3 parental cell line based on customers’ requirement. KIF5B_RET (G810D_E901K) BAF3 overexpression cell line is generated by stable integration of an exogenous human KIF5B-RET fusion gene harboring G810D and E901K mutations into BAF3 host cells using our optimized transduction of lentiviral vectors. Overexpression clone is validated at gene level by qRT-PCR.
Target
KIF5B-RET is a recurrent fusion oncogene that leads to constitutive activation of RET kinase in various cancers. The G810D and E901K mutations further enhance oncogenic potential and may confer resistance to selective RET inhibitors. AcceGen offers generation of stable overexpression cell lines targeting any gene of your interest. Polyclonal or monoclonal is optional based on customers’ research needs.
