Human KRAS (+/-) DLD-1 Cell Line is a genetically engineered cell line derived from heterozygous KRAS-mutant DLD-1 parental cells, in which the mutant KRAS allele has been specifically knocked out (KO). It retains the wild-type allele, providing an ideal isogenic model for investigating KRAS oncogene function, signaling pathways, and evaluating targeted therapies, effectively eliminating interference from divergent genetic backgrounds.
