Human Mobilized Peripheral Blood CD14+ Monocytes are essential for researching immune responses, monocyte differentiation, and their role in inflammation.
Human Mobilized Peripheral Blood CD14+ Monocytes are primary immune cells isolated from mobilized peripheral blood collected from healthy donors. CD14+ monocytes are large mononuclear leukocytes characterized by round or irregular morphology, indented nuclei, and cytoplasm containing fine granules. They are key components of the innate immune system and are involved in immune surveillance, phagocytic activity, and cytokine production. These cells express high levels of the surface marker CD14 and serve as precursors that can differentiate into macrophages or dendritic cells under appropriate conditions. To ensure product quality, repeated freeze-thaw cycles are not recommended due to the sensitivity of primary monocytes. Each lot undergoes rigorous quality control testing, including donor screening and microbiological testing, and is verified to be free of contamination from HIV-1, HBV, HCV, syphilis, mycoplasma, fungi, yeast, and bacteria.
