Human Mobilized Peripheral Blood Mononuclear Cells (PBMCs), CD34 Depleted, is a mononuclear cell population isolated from peripheral blood mobilized by cytokines (such as G-CSF), and the cell components after CD34+ hematopoietic stem cells are specifically removed by immunomagnetic beads or flow cytometry. Cells grow predominantly in suspension culture in vitro, with no adherent growth. The morphology shows typical mononuclear cell characteristics, including round or oval cell morphology, and kidney-shaped or lobed nuclei. Express typical surface markers such as CD3 (T cells), CD19 (B cells), CD56 (NK cells), CD14 (monocytes); CD34+ cells specifically depleted. These cells are mainly composed of lymphocytes (T cells, B cells, NK cells) and monocytes, and play a key role in innate and adaptive immune responses, including antigen presentation, cytotoxic killing and cytokine secretion.

Human Mobilized Peripheral Blood Mononuclear Cells (PBMCs), CD34 Depleted can be used to study non-hematopoietic stem cell-mediated immune regulation mechanisms, such as graft-versus-host disease (GVHD), autoimmune diseases (such as rheumatoid arthritis) and tumor immunotherapy (such as CAR-T cell therapy). These cells can also be used to explore the pathological mechanisms related to abnormal activation or functional defects of immune cells, and provide an experimental basis for the treatment strategy of immune-related diseases.
