Human Mobilized PBMCs, CD34 Depleted support immune response modeling and hematopoietic cell research without progenitor or stem cell interference.
Human Mobilized Peripheral Blood Mononuclear Cells (PBMCs), CD34-Depleted are immunocompetent PBMCs isolated from G-CSF-mobilized peripheral blood following selective removal of CD34⁺ hematopoietic stem/progenitor cells. This specialized product retains the complete diversity of immune cell populations (T cells, B cells, NK cells, monocytes, dendritic cells) while eliminating hematopoietic precursors, making it ideal for immunotherapy research and immune function studies. They express typical surface markers such as CD3 (T cells), CD19 (B cells), CD56 (NK cells), and CD14 (monocytes) while CD34⁺ cells is specifically depleted. The mobilized PBMCs exhibit enhanced immune cell activation potential compared to steady-state blood due to the mobilization process, while the CD34 depletion ensures no interference from progenitor cells in experimental outcomes. Accordingly, these cells are widely used for immune cell profiling, evaluation of mobilization and CD34 depletion effects, lymphocyte enrichment, and immune-focused experimental workflows.

Human Mobilized Peripheral Blood Mononuclear Cells (PBMCs), CD34 Depleted can be used to study non-hematopoietic stem cell-mediated immune regulation mechanisms, such as graft-versus-host disease (GVHD), autoimmune diseases (such as rheumatoid arthritis) and tumor immunotherapy (such as CAR-T cell therapy). These cells can also be used to explore the pathological mechanisms related to abnormal activation or functional defects of immune cells, and provide an experimental basis for the treatment strategy of immune-related diseases.
