Utilize Human Multiple Myeloma Bone Marrow Mononuclear Cells (Newly Diagnosed) for drug testing, immune profiling, and hematologic malignancy research.
Human Multiple Myeloma Bone Marrow Mononuclear Cells (Newly Diagnosed) are isolated from the bone marrow tissue of newly diagnosed multiple myeloma patients. These cells are cryopreserved at primary isolation and exhibit a mixed morphology with round to irregular shapes in suspension culture. Functionally, these cells maintain their native pathological features including monoclonal immunoglobulin secretion and osteolytic factor production. These cells are non-proliferative in vitro. Each lot undergoes rigorous screening and isolation procedures, and is rigorously tested to ensure it is free of contamination from Syphilis, Mycoplasma, Fungi, Yeast, and Bacteria.

Human Multiple Myeloma Bone Marrow Mononuclear Cells (Newly Diagnosed) serve as a research model to investigate disease-associated mechanisms in multiple myeloma and related plasma cell dyscrasias. They support understanding of myeloma cell behavior within the bone marrow niche, including interactions related to bone remodeling and immune signaling, facilitating discovery research and preclinical investigation in multiple myeloma.
