Human Multiple Myeloma Bone Marrow Plasma (Relapsed/Refractory) provides disease-specific samples for biomarker discovery and therapy development.
Human Multiple Myeloma Bone Marrow Plasma (Relapsed/Refractory) is derived from the bone marrow of donors with relapsed or refractory multiple myeloma. This plasma is immediately cryopreserved to to preserve soluble components relevant to research use. Functionally, this plasma displays in vitro profiles associated with drug resistance and tumor cell survival, recapitulates key features of the myeloma microenvironment, and carries detectable levels of resistance-related markers (e.g., TNF-α, VEGF). Each lot undergoes rigorous screening and isolation procedures, and is rigorously tested to ensure it is free of contamination from HIV-1, HBV, HCV, Syphilis, Mycoplasma, Fungi, Yeast, and Bacteria.

Human Multiple Myeloma Bone Marrow Plasma (Relapsed/Refractory) serves as an in vitro model for investigating myeloma-associated molecular and cellular profiles. By analyzing the altered cytokine profiles, drug resistance mediators, and effects on the bone marrow microenvironment, it enables researchers to investigate the cellular and molecular mechanisms of myeloma.
