Human Peripheral Blood CD34+ Cells are highly characterized hematopoietic stem/progenitor cells, ideal for stem cell biology and transplantation studies.
Human Peripheral Blood CD34+ Cells are isolated from peripheral blood. After primary culture, the cells are cryopreserved. CD34 is a well-established surface marker used to identify hematopoietic stem and progenitor cells, which possess the ability to self-renew and differentiate into multiple blood cell lineages. CD34+ cells have been shown to possess colony-forming potential in short-term assays, maintain long-term colony-forming potential in in vitro cultures and allow the expression and differentiation of blood cells from different hematopoietic lineages in vivo. These cells serve as a valuable tool for studying hematopoietic development, disease modeling, and testing novel therapeutic approaches. In vitro, the primary cells exhibit limited proliferative capacity. Repeated freeze-thaw cycles should be avoided to maintain viability and functional integrity. Each lot undergoes rigorous screening and isolation procedures, and is rigorously tested to ensure it is free of contamination from HIV-1, HBV, HCV, Syphilis, Mycoplasma, Fungi, Yeast, and Bacteria.

Human Peripheral Blood CD34+ Cells are key for hematopoiesis research, as they give rise to all blood lineages. These cells are widely used in stem cell transplantation studies, hematopoietic differentiation models, and gene editing applications. They can also be used to explore mechanisms of blood cell development, leukemia pathogenesis, and regenerative therapies. Their multipotency and clinical relevance make them a cornerstone for translational hematology research.
