Human Peripheral Blood Mononuclear Cells (PBMCs), Fresh are mononuclear cell populations isolated from healthy human peripheral blood, which are enriched from whole blood by density gradient centrifugation (e.g., Ficoll-Paque).Primary cells, freshly isolated, typically not cultured or passaged. PBMCs mainly include lymphocytes (T cells, B cells, NK cells) and monocytes. PBMCs are the core executors of innate and adaptive immune responses: T/B cells mediate specific immunity, NK cells exert killing functions, and monocytes can differentiate into macrophages or dendritic cells, participating in antigen presentation and inflammation regulation. Express common immune markers such as CD3 (T cells), CD19 (B cells), CD56 (NK cells), CD14 (monocytes).Their abnormal activation or dysfunction is associated with a variety of diseases, such as T cell overactivation leading to graft-versus-host disease (GVHD), while monocyte infiltration promotes atherosclerotic plaque formation.

Human Peripheral Blood Mononuclear Cells (PBMCs), Fresh are widely used in immunology research, including infection (such as HIV, HCV), autoimmune disease (rheumatoid arthritis), tumor immunotherapy (CAR-T development) and vaccine evaluation. PBMCs are an ideal experimental system for investigating immune mechanisms, high-throughput drug screening, and biomarker identification.
