Description

Human Pre-screened Preadipocytes, Adult (HPAa)are primary fibroblast-like precursor cells isolated from normal adult human adipose tissue. Cells are harvested under sterile conditions and cryopreserved at early passage. These adherent cells exhibit elongated morphology and retain preadipocyte features until hormonal induction. Functionally, they serve as progenitors for mature adipocytes and are critical for lipid metabolism, endocrine signaling, and insulin response. They express markers such as DLK1/PREF-1 and CD34. Each lot undergoes rigorous screening and isolation procedures and is tested to ensure it is free from contamination by HIV-1, HBV, HCV, Syphilis, Mycoplasma, Fungi, Yeast, and Bacteria.
