Human Small Intestine Endothelial Cells (HSIECs) are ideal for research in intestinal vascular biology, intestinal inflammation, and barrier dysfunction associated with inflammatory bowel disease (IBD), celiac disease, and sepsis. They support studies on immune-endothelial interactions, microbiota-endothelium interactions, and nutrient or drug transport across the intestinal vasculature. HSIECs are also valuable in intestinal organoid vascularization, 3D gut-on-chip systems, and intestinal ischemia-reperfusion injury models.
