The TYK2 (V678F) BAF3 cell line provides a powerful tool for studying cell proliferation and the JAK/STAT pathway, supporting the development.
Human TYK2 (V678F) BAF3 Cell Line is a genetically engineered model derived from selected murine Ba/F3 parental cell line based on customers’ requirement. TYK2 (V678F) BAF3 mutant cell line is generated by stable integration of exogenous human TYK2 gene harboring the V678F point mutation into Ba/F3 host cells using our optimized transduction of lentiviral vectors.
Target
TYK2 (Tyrosine kinase 2) is a member of the Janus kinase (JAK) family and plays a central role in cytokine signaling through type I interferons, interleukin-12, and interleukin-23 pathways. The V678F mutation, located within the pseudokinase domain, is reported to confer gain-of-function activity, leading to constitutive TYK2 activation and downstream STAT signaling. Aberrant TYK2 activation contributes to hematologic malignancies and autoimmune diseases. AcceGen offers generation of stable mutation-specific or overexpression cell lines targeting any gene of your interest. Polyclonal or monoclonal is optional based on customers’ research needs.

The TYK2 (V678F) BAF3 Cell Line serves as a powerful tool to investigate TYK2 mutation-driven oncogenic mechanisms and therapeutic interventions. This model enables mechanistic studies of IL-3-independent growth, JAK/STAT pathway hyperactivation, and inhibitor sensitivity. It is utilized for high-throughput screening of TYK2-targeted therapies and evaluation of cytokine signaling dysregulation.
