Type I Diabetes peripheral blood plasma is obtained by centrifugation of the Type I Diabetes PB.
Human Type I Diabetes PB Plasma is derived from the peripheral blood of human donors diagnosed with type I diabetes. This plasma is isolated via centrifugation of whole blood immediately after collection and cryopreserved. It is valuable for studying disease pathogenesis, including autoimmune responses, hyperglycemia-related complications (e.g., nephropathy, neuropathy), and therapeutic responses. It exhibits high levels of anti-GAD and anti-insulin antibodies. Each lot undergoes rigorous screening and isolation procedures, and is rigorously tested to ensure it is free of contamination from HIV-1, HBV, HCV, Syphilis, Mycoplasma, Fungi, Yeast, and Bacteria.

Human Type I Diabetes PB Plasma serves as an in vitro model to study autoimmune pathogenesis in type 1 diabetes and related complications. For example, by analyzing molecular pathways involving autoantibodies, proinflammatory cytokines, and beta-cell destruction markers, Human Type I Diabetes PB Plasma enhances understanding of plasma-mediated immune dysregulation and pathological changes, aiding in exploring treatments for this autoimmune disorder.
