Human Untouched Peripheral Blood CD14+ Monocytes provide pure monocytes without labeling for immune research, ex vivo assays, and functional studies.
Human Untouched Peripheral Blood CD14+ Monocytes are derived from the peripheral blood of healthy individuals. These human CD14+ monocytes are typically round or slightly irregular oval cells with abundant cytoplasm and a mildly indented or bean-shaped nucleus. Their core functions include phagocytosis of pathogens, antigen presentation, and cytokine secretion. As precursor cells of macrophages and dendritic cells (DCs), they play an important role in innate immune responses. Under certain experimental conditions, CD14+ monocytes may exhibit altered gene expression and cytokine secretion profiles, providing useful models for studying immune regulation and inflammatory signaling. Each lot undergoes rigorous screening and isolation procedures, and is rigorously tested to ensure it is free of contamination from HIV-1, HBV, HCV, Syphilis, Mycoplasma, Fungi, Yeast, and Bacteria.

Human Untouched Peripheral Blood CD14+ Monocytes can be used to explore the immune response mechanisms of monocytes such as phagocytosis and antigen presentation during pathogen infection, as well as the effects of cytokine secretion on the immune microenvironment. They can also be used as an experimental platform to evaluate how different compounds or stimuli influence monocyte function, supporting studies of immune signaling, cytokine responses, and cell differentiation.
