Human Untouched Peripheral Blood CD56+ NK Cells provide a pure NK cell model, supporting immunology studies on cytotoxicity and innate immune activity.
Human Untouched Peripheral Blood CD56+ NK Cells originate from the lymphocyte population in peripheral blood. Morphologically, NK cells are classified as large granular lymphocytes, with abundant cytoplasm containing numerous azurophilic granules. As an important component of the innate immune system, these cells can be obtained through negative selection strategies that isolate CD56+ NK cells while preserving their native functional state. Functionally, NK cells can effectively eliminate tumor cells or virus-infected cells through direct cytotoxicity mechanisms (involving the release of cytotoxic granules such as perforin and granzymes) and antibody-dependent cell-mediated cytotoxicity (ADCC) without requiring prior sensitization. Additionally, NK cells are capable of secreting various cytokines (e.g., IFN-γ, TNF-α) to participate in immune regulation. Each lot undergoes rigorous screening and isolation procedures, and is rigorously tested to ensure it is free of contamination from HIV-1, HBV, HCV, Syphilis, Mycoplasma, Fungi, Yeast, and Bacteria.

Human Untouched Peripheral Blood CD56+ NK Cells can be utilized to explore the molecular mechanisms underlying NK cell recognition of target cells and the regulatory pathways of their cytotoxic activity. These cells are widely used as in vitro models for studying NK cell biology and cytotoxic mechanisms. Additionally, they can serve to evaluate antiviral immune responses and host innate immune activation in vitro. Due to their ability to secrete cytokines such as IFN-γ and TNF-α, they are widely employed in the mechanistic studies of inflammatory diseases and autoimmune disorders.
