IRF-Lucia Reporter Raw264.7 Cell Line is a genetically engineered macrophage model derived from murine Raw264.7 cells, designed for sensitive and quantitative monitoring of IRF (Interferon Regulatory Factor) signaling pathway activation. This stable cell line features an integrated IRF-responsive Lucia luciferase reporter system that enables high-sensitivity detection of IRF-mediated transcriptional activity through bioluminescent readouts.
