ISRE Leeporter™ Luciferase Reporter-Raw264.7 Cell Line is an innovative genetically engineered macrophage model derived from murine Raw264.7 cells, featuring an interferon-stimulated response element (ISRE)-driven luciferase reporter system with proprietary Leeporter™ technology. This advanced cell line maintains native macrophage morphology and function while enabling highly sensitive, quantitative monitoring of type I interferon signaling pathway activation. The Leeporter™ technology provides superior signal-to-noise ratio through enhanced luminescence stability and intensity, allowing precise detection of ISRE-mediated transcriptional activity in response to interferons or viral infection. Key macrophage markers including CD14 and F4/80 are preserved, with luciferase activity serving as a direct quantitative measure of JAK-STAT pathway activation downstream of interferon receptors. Cells are cryopreserved at low passage (<P20) to ensure genetic stability and consistent reporter performance.
