The JJN-3 cell line was established from the bone marrow of a 57-year-old woman with plasma cell leukemia (IgA1kappa). Cells show a morphological range from mononuclear to occasionally multinucleated.
JJN-3 is a subclone of the parental cell line JJN-1.
