Luciferase(firefly) Report Cell Line(RFP-Puromycin)-CRE enables efficient monitoring of CRE-mediated recombination events for gene regulation studies.
Transformed from HEK293 cells by lentiviral system with sequence verified firefly luciferase gene II and CRE recombinase. Luciferase and CRE was co-expressed under CMV promoter as seperated protein(not as fusion). The RFP-Puromycin fusin dual marker was expressed under Rsv promoter. The cell constitutively co-expresses both firefly Luciferase and CRE.
