Transformed from HEK293 cells by lentiviral system with sequence verified Renilla Luciferase. Renilla luciferase and RFP was co-expressed under CMV promoter as seperated protein(not as fusion). A Puromycin antibiotic marker was expressed under Rsv promoter. The cell constitutively co-express Renilla luciferaseand RFP.
