Mouse_TLR7 Reporter 293 Cell Line is ideal for screening TLR7 ligands and studying Toll-like receptor signaling in innate immune response models.
Toll-like receptors (TLR) are a class of important protein molecules involved in non-specific immunity (innate immunity) and serve as a bridge between non-specific immunity and specific immunity. Activation of TLR can induce signaling pathways dependent on MyD88 or TRIF, leading to the activation of cytokines and chemokines secretion, triggering innate immune responses and mediating acquired immune responses. Therefore, the application of TLR agonists in tumor immunotherapy holds the promise of transforming cold tumors into hot tumors, addressing the low response rates to single immune checkpoint inhibitors, and enhancing the efficacy of immunotherapy.Mouse TLR7 Reporter 293 Cell Line is a reporter gene cell line based on the TLR7 signaling pathway. This cell line stably expresses the TLR7 gene and a Luciferase reporter gene, which can be used to evaluate the in vitro effects of TLR7 agonists.
