Leverage ICR Mouse Embryonic Fibroblasts (Inactivated) for feeder layer preparation, cell reprogramming support, and pluripotent stem cell culture.
AcceGen’s ICR mouse embryonic fibroblasts (inactivated) are derived from the trunk and limbs of 13.5-day ICR fetal mice. They are cultured in monolayers and inactivated by γ-rays. MEF is used to cultivate mouse embryonic stem cells and human embryonic stem cells to maintain their undifferentiated state. Cells are cryopreserved at P1.
