Description

Ba/F3 BCR-ABL cell Line was generated using retrovirus vector expressing human BCR-ABL fusion sequence bearing T315I point mutation in ABL part. Stable in culture over a minimum of 10 passages. BCR-ABL-T315I Overexpression Stable Cell Line-Ba/F3 can be used for cell-based kinase inhibition screening, cell viability assay and in vivo efficacy study.
