The Cyno PTH1R over-expressing cell line (CHOK1) is used for preclinical validation of parathyroid hormone signaling and receptor-targeted drug screening.
Xpress™ Cyno PTH1R CHOK1 Overexpression Cell Line is a genetically engineered model derived from Chinese hamster ovary (CHOK1) parental cells based on customers’ requirements. The overexpression cell line is generated by stable lentiviral transduction of the full-length cynomolgus monkey PTH1R gene into CHOK1 host cells. Overexpression clone is validated at gene level by qRT-PCR.
Target
Parathyroid hormone 1 receptor (PTH1R) is a G protein-coupled receptor that mediates calcium homeostasis and bone metabolism.
