Explore the Xpress™ Human B7H3 Overexpression Cell Line (CT26), providing a stable and reliable platform for immune checkpoint research in tumor models.
Xpress™ Human B7H3 over-expressing cell line (CT26) is a genetically engineered model derived from selected murine CT26 parental cell line based on customers’ requirement. Human B7H3 overexpression cell line is generated by stable integration of exogenous human B7H3 gene (CD276) into CT26 host cells using our optimized transduction of lentiviral vectors.
Target
B7H3 is a member of the B7 superfamily of immune checkpoint molecules, with immunomodulatory roles in cancer and inflammation. It is overexpressed in a broad range of tumors and is a promising target for immunotherapies. AcceGen offers generation of stable checkpoint ligand models in syngeneic murine systems. Polyclonal or monoclonal is optional based on customers’ research needs.
