Description

CLDN5 293T Overexpression Cell Line is a human epithelial model expressing full-length CLDN5 via stable lentiviral integration. Low passage (<P20) cells are qRT-PCR validated. Target CLDN5 is critical in endothelial tight junctions and blood-brain barrier integrity. Alterations in its expression are linked to neurological disorders and vascular permeability.
